Engineering Manager (2015โ2025)
- Led a 10-person cross-functional engineering team across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA, including responsibility for hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development.
- Oversaw the engineering team through multiple leadership transitions including an acquisition, stepping into VP-level decision-making and business continuity planning while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Collaborated with peers to propose, define, and roll out company-wide development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and tooling (JIRA, Trello, Basecamp), including workflow design, tool adoption, and continuous process refinement across Engineering, Product, and QA.

- Formed a bug response team to focus on production defects, maintenance, and quality improvements, taking the organizational backlog of 900+ bugs below 50 within 18 months.
- Helped guide large scale projects such as a React Native migration effort for the mobile platform, and a Unified App initiative to reduce concurrent codebases and reduce engineering overhead and complexity.
- Acted as a key stakeholder in cross-collaboration projects such as a company rebrand launch, as well as customer feedbackโdriven projects like custom and bulk reporting updates, utilizing user feedback loops to direct development.
Escalated Support: Team Founder (2013โ2015)
- Formed the Escalated Support team to triage and document complex product and customer issues alongside frontline support and QA teams. Recruited and trained new team members internally to scale the team.
- Built escalation workflows, SLAs, documentation standards, and collaboration models across Support, Product, and Engineering.
- Launched a company-wide changelog program to increase transparency into product changes and bug fixes, and ensure cross-team alignment on internal and external communication.
